Visiting the website

The website is delivered via Cloudflare Pages, operated by Cloudflare, Inc. as our processor. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, requested address, browser details) to deliver the page and protect it from attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare runs a global network, so data may be transferred to the USA; such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare is certified, and on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We use no cookies, no web analytics and no tracking, and we load no external fonts or services.

Waitlist and requests via the form

When you submit the form, we process your name, your email address, your company if you provide it, your answers about where and why you want to use AI, and the language and page you send it from. We use this data to answer your request, assess your participation in the pilot programme and keep you informed about the launch of Blina AI Control. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (a request prior to a possible contract) and, for launch updates, your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time.

The request is sent to Blina Desk, our own business software, run on servers in Germany by Hetzner Online GmbH as our processor. To protect the form against automated submissions, we use your IP address only as an encrypted check value and only briefly. A copy of each request is emailed to [email protected]; this mailbox is operated by Hostinger International Ltd. as our processor.

How long we keep data

We keep your details for as long as needed to answer you, run the pilot programme and inform you about the launch, and we delete them when you object or withdraw your consent. If a contract is concluded, the statutory retention periods under German commercial and tax law apply.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. To do so, write to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW, www.ldi.nrw.de).
